We aim to deliver high-quality herbal products. If you are not satisfied, our policy explains how returns and refunds work.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only if:

• The product is damaged, defective, or wrong item received

• You notify us same days of delivery

• The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging

Note: We cannot accept returns for opened or used herbal powders due to hygiene and safety reasons.

❌ Items purchased during clearance sales

Refund Process

Once your return is approved:

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method

• Refund processing time: 5–7 business days

Replacement

If the product is defective or damaged, we offer:

✔ Fast re-shipping

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before they are shipped.
Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
